drop in the pressure of detonation gas. This again reinforces the importance of the initial
stages of the gas expansion process.
This problem is in essence a 2 m block reduced in size by 10 times. However, the
fracture patterns obtained and pressure duration do not reflect any of the scaling of the
initial geometry.
