          Our intent with the concept of abundant organizations
        is to both synthesize and complement insights and research
        around these key concepts, adding ideas that take each
        approach another step and focus it on leaders within an
        organizational setting. The questions and ideas that follow
        emerge from this synthesis. (See Table 2.1.) We provide an
        overview of these questions here, and the remaining chapters
        will probe these questions in greater detail. (See endnotes for
        more on the theories that provide answers to each question.)
