FOCUS AS MUCH ON THE WORK OBJECTIVES AS YOU DO ON PEOPLE
Because you will always be sensitive to people’s personal needs,
it is important that you shift your emphasis and focus equally on
work objectives. This will enable people to work more independ-

edging that you have needs for rest and support, and that you
expect—and accept—that others can and will step up to tasks.
