Multiple Recommendations
Let’s assume that Collins’s answer to Armstrong’s overriding question is not to
increase capacity at the current facility only. Instead, her recommendation has
three parts: Increase capacity at the current facility, increase capacity at one of
the satellite facilities, and outsource certain components from suppliers. Faced
with this three-part recommendation, Collins may have a tendency to build a
