           • Are you proactive in seeking out or anticipating
             change rather than waiting for change to happen and
             then responding to it?
           • Are you flexible and adaptable, or are you more set in
             your ways and not comfortable adapting to changing
             conditions?
           • When leading change, do you craft a vision that you
             communicate concisely and consistently in order to
             enroll others in the effort?
           • When you lead others through a change effort, do
             you allow them to move naturally through the three
             different phases of change described in this chapter,
             or do you force them to move at a pace that you feel is
             expedient?
           • When leading change, do you have a communication
             plan that focuses on the needs of stakeholders, in
             terms of what they both need and want to know?
