        Our Vision for the Future of

        Appreciative Leadership

        It only seems fair that we would share our story with you. Five years
        have passed. Another group of extraordinary women and men have
        just completed our Appreciative Leadership Development Program.
        In so doing, they join the ranks of thousands of people around the
        world who are practicing, experimenting with, and extending our ini-
        tial understandings of Appreciative Leadership.
            We are traveling around the world giving keynote speeches and
        teaching about Appreciative Leadership. Wherever we go, we hear

        story after story of people whose lives have been changed for the bet-
        ter as a result of Appreciative Leadership. Corporations on every con-
        tinent have adopted the five strategies as a framework for building

        thriving organizations. Communities hold public offi  cials, small busi-
        nesses, and service providers accountable for the highest standards of
        Appreciative Leadership. And schools have designed relational cur-
        ricula using Appreciative Leadership practices as their foundation. As

        a result, people, profits, and the planet are fl ourishing.
            This is our vision. May it be so.
