@ Using the "Delete" option would not close the openings causing our model
to become an open surface body. In the following image it looks like the
hole's surface is still there, but all we have is a surface with a hole in them
and open inside. Surfaces are covered in more depth in Beginner's Guide to
SOLIDWORKS Level II. The
(Q) Sensors
"Delete and Fill" option is usually
used to delete multiple
contiguous faces and replace DeleteFace1

18.5. -Now we need to configure the center hole's diameter dimension. Double
click on the center hole to reveal its dimension and then double-click on it. Change
its value to 0.6" for the Forge configuration using the "This Configuration" button in
the "Modify" value box and rebuild the model.
