Good! Now pick one of the activities you’ve been putting off
that is an expression of one of your top four values, and start doing
it. You may need to choose the low-cost, affordable option to start,
but don’t let that deter you from getting up off the couch.
Identifying and living your values and passions will help you
understand and identify your perfect career or job. Also, being
excited by the activity will make you feel turned on and excited
about your life. The more excited you are about life, the more
attractive you will be to prospective employers, managers, and/
or clients. So, start now. If you love your life now, you’ll be much

              values-based project that inspires you—now!

boys’ network, which she couldn’t seem to crack. Her boss complimented
her work, but she had to fight for everything she wanted to do. On the
plus side, the job paid well, and she had a top-notch team of people
working for her. She received an offer from her prior company, another
major U.S. bank; her old boss wanted her back and offered her a position
