                       If the tasks associated with jobs and positions are well defined and current, recruiters
                   in human resources can more easily determine whether candidates have the necessary
                   qualifications for a job. Determining appropriate compensation for a position is also
                   simplified if the tasks required for each position in a company are clearly and consistently
                   defined.
                       Complete and accurate human resources data simplify a manager’sduties. The
                   Manager’s Desktop tool within the SAP Human Resources module provides access to all
                   thehumanresourcesdataand transactions inonelocation. Figure 6-5showsthe
                   Personal Data portion of the Manager’s Desktop, which provides all of the data
                   maintained in the Human Resources module for all employees who report to the
                   manager—whichinthiscaseisFitter’s president, Sara Decker. In Figure 6-5, the
