‘borderless flows’ are random and ‘disorganized’. How can one miss the
elementary fact that these ‘flows’ are part of the reproduction process of
monopoly and finance capital on an immense global scale? If, however,
one fails to see that the issue is not ‘flows’ but monopoly, then, of course,
there will seem to be no point to the development of a politics which
gives centrality to an anti-monopoly strategy.
