of accountability, but there is also a universal concept of stewardship. You need the concept of
stewardship, that of accountability and responsibility, formally designated. Stewardship is not a narrow
definition and should be adjusted as your organization sees fit. This entire activity is designed to create
the specific framework required by a specific organization.
OVERVIEW
Activity: Design DG Organization Framework
This activity adds the detail to the DG processes (i.e., the specifics of “who does what”). The “V”
evolves more with specifics of who is required in the various DG processes. We evolve our V model by
