WHICH DEEP STRENGTHS COUNT THE MOST?


           It’s fair to say, of course, that not all deep strengths are cre-

           ated equal. Some surely will influence an organization’s
           success more than others.


           We asked CEOs and entrepreneurs to “list in rank order the
           three deep strengths most important to your organization’s

           success.” Their rankings are shown on page 18.


           As the chart shows, the “big three” are the same for
           both CEO groups, but with differences in their perceived

           order of importance. Entrepreneurs basically concur on
           the importance of can-do attitude and creativity and
           innovation, but rank confidence well above resilience in
           relative importance.
