        Applications of SuperAurum ™
                          ™
        Since SuperAurum has a high HDT of 752°F (400°C), it can replace
        other polyimides, ceramics, and metals. XCL3030 is a representative
        grade as a wear and friction material, offering

                                           ®
        1. Limit PV exceeding that of Aurum and the capability of 1.3 times
                            ®
           as great as Aurum grade JCL3030
        2. Much higher temperature resistance up to 572°F (300°C) as a bear-
           ing material

        Therefore, it can be used for applications where PEEK and Aurum ®
        cannot be used. Application examples include

        1. LCD and semiconductor handling parts
        2. Carriers such as wafer carriers, HDD carriers, and LCD carriers
        3. Industrial machinery, electrical insulators for high-pressure usage
        4. Oil exploration parts
        5. Aircraft and aerospace
        6. Chip seals and piston rings
