                         • Review and approve training and performance support designs and deliverables.
                         • Review issue resolutions and recommend approaches.
                         • Review and sign-off of functional deliverables, including configuration,
                           procedures, and test plans.
                         • Collaborate with other SMEs to develop common processes across the business
                           organization.
                         • Publicly demonstrate support and commitment to the project.
          Skills         • Thorough knowledge of systems functionality and navigation (both legacy and
                           ERP).
                         • Solid understanding of relevant business processes.
                         • Team leadership skills. Ability to work effectively across businesses.
                         • Issue resolution skills. Ability to obtain resolution by team consensus when
                           differences in business processes are discussed.
                         • Excellent communication skills.
                         • Solid understanding of the business organization and infrastructure.

          Role/Title     Project Administrative Support
          Role Definition  Project administrative support is responsible for providing administrative support to
                         the project.
          Responsibilities  • Support team with general administrative needs.
                         • Procure supplies (e.g., office supplies, computer equipment) for the project team.
                         • Serve as liaison with business support functions (e.g., phones, architect’s office).
                         • Assist in procuring space for the project team.
                         • Maintain project team rosters and e-mail distribution lists.
                         • Assist in taking meeting minutes as requested.
                         • Provide word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics support.
                         • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documents.
                         • Coordinate copy and duplication requirements.
                         • Maintain ongoing files for all purchase orders and invoices related to the project.
                         • Maintain a record of project team member roll-on and roll-off dates.
          Skills         • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
                         • Ability to prioritize tasks.
                         • Excellent organizational skills.
                         • Excellent communication skills.
