              STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES

              Describe the overall business objectives for purchasing an ERP system.

              BID PROCESS

              Bidders’ Responsibilities
              Preparation of Bids
                a. All bids must be sealed and submitted on the bid form enclosed (see specifications).
                   Telephone or fax bids will not be accepted.
                b. Bids must be signed in ink and cost typewritten or in ink. Facsimile signatures are unac-
                   ceptable. Bids that are priced or signed in pencil may be rejected as nonresponsive.
                   Bidders are cautioned that errors, alterations, or corrections on the submitted bid must be
                   initialed by the person signing the bid proposal or his or her authorized designee. Failure to
                   do so may result in rejection of the bid for those items erased, altered, or corrected and not
                   initialed.
                 c. “Certification of Tax Status” Pursuant to “State Law,” the bidder certifies under penalties
                   of perjury that to the best of the bidder’s knowledge and belief, they have filed all state tax
                   returns and paid all state taxes required by law.
                d. “Certification of Noncollusion” Pursuant to “State Law,” the bidder certifies under penalties
                   of perjury that their bid is in all respects bona fide, fair, and made without collusion or fraud
                   with any person, joint venture, partnership, corporation, or other business or legal entity.
              Bidder’s Representations
              Each bidder by making its bid represents the following:

                 1. The bid document and specifications have been read and understood by the bidder.
                 2. The bid is based upon the items described in the bidding documents and specifications
                   without exceptions.
                 3. The bid has been arrived at independently and is submitted without collusion.
                 4. The contents of the bid have not been disclosed by the bidder nor to the best of its knowl-
                   edge and belief, by any of its employees or agents, to any person not an employee or
                   agent of the bidder, and will not be disclosed to any such person prior to the opening of
                   the bids.
                 5. No attempt has been made or will be made to induce any other person or firm not to submit
                   a bid or proposal.
