Provide specific reference information for three organizations currently using a configuration
similar to the one being proposed to include the following:
•Organization name and location
•Starting date of service
•Relevant volume statistics
•Contact name, title, and telephone number
List total sales made in the last 36 months, number of unique clients, applications purchases,
and purchase date.

Describe general requirements for the system component by component
Specific Requirements
Describe in detail, by component, specific requirements that must be addressed in the bid and
how the requirement will be met. It is important to note that not all requirements need to be
described in detail. Only those deemed by the institution or company to be vital to the success of
the implementation are important.
Equipment Capabilities
Vendor must describe the types of equipment needed and any sizing information available.
Additional Capabilities
Other specific capacities the system has that are not identified in the General or Specific require-
ments section that is or are a part of the system.
Ongoing Support
Vendor must describe ongoing support processes available to the institution/company.
Documentation
Description of documentation included with the purchase of the ERP.
Costs
