PAUL FACELLA is president and CEO
of Inside Management Ltd., a New
York based management consultancy
that counsels organizations from small
businesses to Fortune 500 companies
in corporate sectors, as well as non-
profit and government organizations,
in the United States and throughout the
world. Additionally, Inside Manage-
ment is a provider of outstanding train-
ing through its national award-winning programs.
At age 16 while still in high school, Mr. Facella began work-
ing behind the counter at McDonald’s and with the exception of
one year’s absence, had never left the company until he ventured
out on his own 34 years later. Beginning as a Crew Member, he
rose through the ranks to positions of increased responsibility
including assistant manager, store manager, director of training,
and director of operations for a 12-store franchise.
In 1974 he began working for the corporate office as a train-
ing manager in the New Jersey region, with promotions to field
service manager, director of operations and assistant vice presi-
dent by 1983. In 1988, Mr. Facella was named regional vice
president of the New York Region, a position he held for 12
years. Under his leadership, the New York region experienced a
