You can access a variety of custom calculations in the
Show data as field. The following table describes the
different custom calculations and their descriptions:
OPTION DESCRIPTION
Difference From Calculates the difference between two PivotTable cells.
% Of Determines the percentage of the current PivotTable cell
to the selected base value.
% Difference From Determines the percentage difference between two
cell values.
Running Total in Shows the running total in each cell.
% of row Finds the percentage of the cell value to the total row.
% of column Finds the percentage of the cell value to the total column.
% of Total Finds the percentage of the cell value to the grand total
value.
Index Finds an index value of the cell value.
