Right-click on Surface from the Structure Tree. In the drop-down context menu,
select Edit Sketch. Note: Selecting Edit Sketch will make the unwanted sur-
face disappear while keeping all the lines you just draw within the surface.
Hitting the Delete key does not work here as it will delete the surface as well
as the lines you draw.
The unwanted Surface item in the Structure Tree will be removed, as shown
below.
