Right-click anywhere in the Graphics Window. From the drop-down context
menu, choose Select New Sketch Plane.
Mouse over x-y plane, and click to select the highlighted x-y plane. This will
change the sketch plane from the default x-z plane (shown above) to the x-y
plane (shown below).
