Click on Home view, and click the Sketch mode icon. Mouse over x-z plane in
the Graphics Window, and click anywhere in the Graphics Window to set
x-z plane as the sketch plane. Draw a circle with a diameter of 12 mm on it, as
shown below.
Draw another concentric circle with a diameter of 20mm on the plane, as shown
below.
