In the Graphics Window, click on the Select Mirror Plane icon. Click on the back
side of the truck (with a normal pointing along negative z-axis) to set it as the
mirror plane (highlighted in purple below). Then, Ctrl-click the two wheels
and the truck body to mirror the geometry as follows. This will result in a total
of 5 Solid items (1 truck and 4 wheels) in the Structure Tree.
Click on the Select icon on the Design tab. Ctrl-click the 5 Solid items in the
Structure Tree to highlight them in yellow.
