        The project-oriented company is characterized by the following specific business
        processes:
        ● Project management
        ● Program management
        ● Ensuring management quality in a project or a program
        ● Assignment of a project or a program
        ● Project portfolio coordination
        ● Networking between projects
        ● Personnel management in the project-oriented organization
        ● Organizational design of the project-oriented organization
           In the process of assigning, the decision of whether or not a project or a program is to
        be performed is made. When the decision to perform the project has been made, the proj-
        ect can be assigned to a project team.
