Why are ProjeCts initiated?
The most compelling reason that a project is initiated is customer
demand. Customer demand, however, may include the demands of a
particular organization’s large group of customers. An example of that
type of demand may be that a group of customers of Sony’s PlayStation
wanted a better joystick to add to the PlayStation 3, a green-general
(G-G) project. It may also be at the suggestion of one customer that an
organization responds. An example of that would be the following. A
