                             One intention of the INCA project was to align its products as far as possible
                          with those already in the field. It was therefore felt helpful that the INCA port-
                          folio should mirror the three-section structure of the ELP. The ultimate aim is to
                          bring the two portfolios, the ELP and the INCA Portfolio, together into one.
