A few weeks later I received an invoice from the company con-
cerned. Attached to this was a copy of the entry as it had actually
appeared. Unknown to me, the copy had already gone live, Europe-
wide, one month before I received the invoice. The entry was now
the one shown below. It includes a number of errors, made when
the company inputted my original wording onto the database. Can
