                           3.3. Mass transfer by convection
                             The reactive gases in the flow channels have the concentration (C 0). They
                           will be transported, by  convection, to the diffusion layers to be well
                           distributed at the surface of the electrodes. The concentration then becomes
                           (C s). Figure 3.3 shows the mass transfer phenomena along the anode side of
                           the fuel cell [SPI 07].
                             Convective mass transfer for this fuel cell is written as [LI 06]:
