           Chapter 2: Taking Action for Knowing and Being Yourself

               • Compare your strengths and weaknesses to those needed in
                 the executive suite and create your own development plan
               • Use a 360-degree feedback assessment at work and/or
                 systematically solicit feedback to assess your knowledge,
                 skills, and abilities as perceived by others
