The Eight Principles Model was presented, based on coauthor Michael
Kroth’s book, The Manager as Motivator, adding to it the principle of
trust and the relationship of technology to motivating mobile workers.
In Part 3 of the book, which we move to next, you’ll find chapters cov-
ering how to keep up with the “phoneses” and how to develop “virtual
teams.”
