                      Bob Grassberger is an entrepreneur. He has owned several of his own
                      companies and has been the COO of a successful start-up, high-tech
                      knowledge management company. He has a doctorate in organiza-
                      tional learning and instructional technologies. He is smart as a whip.
                      He understands business. He knows all about economics. Yet manag-
                      ing a multimillion-dollar international project in multiple countries
                      challenged all his considerable skills. 2
                         Until recently, he led a $20 million project focused on building
                      capacity in Afghanistan. The objective was to enhance farm house-
