with administrator privileges share a single Unoffered queue and a single Worklisted
                           queue.

                           10.6.1 User Privileges

User privileges are granted by an administrator to a participant, on an individ-
ual basis, via the User Management form (Fig. 10.3). Such privileges apply to the
participant at all times, for all case instances – that is, they are privileges that are per-
manently owned by each individual participant. User privileges extend the default
access levels of a participant. The User privileges are the following:
Choose Which Work Item to Start: When granted, this privilege allows a par-
ticipant to choose any work item listed on their allocated queue to start. When
denied (the default) only the first listed work item may be chosen. Work items
are listed in order of age, with the oldest work item at the top of the list. While
normally participants are obliged to start the oldest work item in their queue,
granting this privilege overrides that obligation.
Start Work Items Concurrently: When granted, this privilege allows a partic-
ipant to have a number of work items executing concurrently on their started
queue (or, more accurately, may choose to start additional work items from their
allocated queue while other previously started work items have not yet been com-
pleted). When denied (the default), a work item on the participant’s allocated
queue may not be started while there is a previously started work item on their
started queue (i.e., one that has not yet completed).
Reorder Work Items: When granted, the participant may choose a work item
to start from anywhere in the list of allocated work items. When denied, only
the first listed work item may be chosen. In the YAWL environment, there is
essentially no difference between this privilege and Choose Which Work Item to
                              Start.
View All Work Items of Team: When granted, this privilege gives a participant
access to the Team Queues form, and displays on that form a consolidated list of
all work items on all work queues of all participants subordinate to the participant
who has been granted the privilege (i.e., participants holding positions that report
to a position held by the granted participant, either directly or through a hierarchy
of positions). When denied (the default), the Team Queues form is not available
                              to the participant.
View All Work Items of Org Group: When granted, this privilege gives a par-
ticipant access to the Team Queues form, and displays on that form a consolidated
list of all work items on all work queues of all participants in the same Org Group
as the granted participant. When denied (the default), the Team Queues form is
                              not available to the participant.
Chain Work Item Execution: When granted, this privilege allows a participant
to chain work items for a case. When denied (the default), the participant may
                              not chain cases.
