            vegetable juice, fish, cheese and amino acids with fluorescent detection (λex265 nm, λem315 nm) [74].
            These fluorescent derivatization reagents themselves and their hydrolysis products such as 9-
            fluorenylmethanol have strong fluorescence, and thus the reagents are used for only precolumn
            derivatization in the HPLC method. After the derivatization reaction, excess reagents should be
            removed by addition of proline for DNS, heptylamine for FMOC or extraction by pentane. Bis-
