            antiparasitic drugs which are potent broad-spectrum agents at very low dosage levels. Avermectins have
            been used for veterinary medicine, especially for antiparasitic agents for livestocks or pesticides for
            agricultural insect and mites. The former includes ivermectin, doramectin and moxidectin, while the
            latter includes avermectin B  and milbemectin. The usage of these drugs differs, but these avermectins

            have similar chemical structures consisting of a 16-membered macrocyclic lactone ring. Thus common
