                           problem in the previous  -HPLC–CZE system, but with the transparent interface
                           this was much easier.  This   -HPLC–CZE separation system yielded high peak
                           capacities, producing over 400 resolved peaks from biological samples (27).

                           Mass spectrometry (MS) is increasingly being combined with reverse phase HPLC
                           or CZE in order to add an additional dimension to the data that a traditional detection
