Why Motivate?

s you read about motivational phrases and behaviors, you will
notice a pattern of open communication and respect. That is
Athe basis for motivation, and many of the words and actions to
motivate are small and simple, especially given how powerful they are.
Motivation Versus Demotivation
Most people understand the benefits of motivating employees. We
have all been demotivated and felt undervalued. Remember the
people who have motivated you most and those who have had the
opposite effect.
The reasons for motivating are far more compelling than the
excuses for not motivating.
