        21.4.5  Load Factors
        Appropriate  load  factors shall be  applied for riser design.  For  specified  design  case, those
        factors  can  be  calibrated  based  on,  for  instance,  detailed  FEM  analysis  and  reliability
        methodology. To back this calibration, the details should be documented for verification.
