spectra. The affinity toward amine vapor was due to the week van der Waals force of
attraction and the hydrogen bonding between the dOH group of the polymer film and
the amine group of the analyses.

         7.6 Conclusion

In the current chapter, various methods have been described for the synthesis of many
nanostructured conducting polymers and their synthetic approach toward PNCs.
The present study mainly focused on the development of biosensor or precisely
nanobiosensor and their practical applications. Nowadays, the global use of condu-
cting nanostructured polymers and nanobiopolymers is on higher side due to their
unique surface morphology. During the last few years, polymers are used in some
electronic measuring device and gained great recoganization in the field of artificial
sensor. We have synthesized cross-linked polymers from plant oil by simple thermal
free-radical polymerization reaction. These polymer films are newly introduced as
sensing film for the detection of VOCs like aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic
amines. Due to the high urge of development of nanosensors and their vast area of
applications in the industrial, educational, and technology sector, conducting polymer
and PNCs are on high demanding side for the future prospect.
