b. Test the operation of the equipment in the primary system, switch-
gear, disconnectors and earthing switches.
c. During these tests any alarms should be noted, and an inspection of
the status of each device in the mimic diagram of substation
topology.
d. Check the operation of all protection functions and relevant alarms
and automatic tripping orders.
