Ten engineers, fifteen technicians, and fifteen laborers are required to
commission this 500/220/11 kV gas insulated system (GIS) substation with:

5 (500 kV bays) 14 (220 kV bays) 20 (11 kV feeders)
3 (transformers 500/220 kV) 3 (transformers 220/11 kV)

The above data are very complicated and need to be carefully managed
in regard to resources and parallel activities, and coordination with other par-
ties to the project, such as the project manager, site installation manager,
subcontractors, and the national electricity control center.
