                   Developed new business and managed a staff consisting of an artist, three operators,

                   annual revenues of $230,000.


                   Atlas Energy & Automation, 1981–1990
                   Manager of Market Development (1987–1990). Managed $150 million electrical
                   apparatus division of this multibillion-dollar company. Reported to Director of
                   Marketing. Identified product opportunities in new and existing markets and
                   provided technical and field support to sales in pursuing these markets. Prepared
                   product initiation proposals containing design/ratings specifications for
                   developmental products in the division.

                   Product Manager (1982–1987). Developed pricing, pricing strategies, product line
                   requirements, forecasting, and sales promotion programs. Coordinated technical
                   product and training materials for distributors, contractors, and consultants.

                   Assistant Product Manager (1981). Identified product needs, wrote specifications,
                   developed pricing, and introduced products that generated $2.5 million in sales.
