            exact procedures as outlined in the first run. This will assure that
            the correct adjustments have been made. If the second run calls for
            additional adjustments, the correct amount of shims should once
            again be installed or removed. Certain machines, especially those
            with weak or semi-flexible frames, may require three or even four
            runs to obtain the exact alignment.
                 Remember, the amount of torque applied to the hold-down
            bolts, the sequence in which they are tightened, small burrs on the
            shims, dirt or grit can all influence the final outcome. By paying
            attention to the small details and being clean, an exact alignment
            can often be made on the first try. Once the fixtures are set up and
            the machine is down, and the alignment tools are on site, it takes
