                    any people struggle to be good listeners. In school, we
               Mare taught how to speak well, read, and write, but no one
               teaches us how to listen. Yet listening is a vital part of the com-
               munication process. And it is absolutely key to successful
               interviewing.



                               IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU


               I can already hear you say, “But wait. Isn’t the interview all
               about me? Aren’t I the one who should be doing most of the
               talking? Doesn’t the interviewer want to hear about me?”
