         1    Defi ne a vision, mission, and higher goal.
         2    Make an inventory of business dilemmas.
         3    Determine to what extent servant-leadership is
              already present.
         4    Chart the organizational culture.
         5    Start the Dilemma Reconciliation Process.
         6    Focus on the most susceptible Processes in the
              organization.
         7    Decide which people will join and which will be asked
              to leave.
         8    Communicate, communicate, communicate!
