Memo to all facility employees
Dear coworkers:
As president of the organization, I am pleased to state that we have made a
strong, unified commitment to collaboration and cooperation in increasing our
recycling levels and reducing waste levels. This commitment has been
demonstrated in funded projects, such as our aluminum can–recycling program and
the hiring of management and staff to support related environmental areas.
In light of the recent successes and focus on environmental protection, we

forming a solid waste minimization team comprised of your peers to evaluate our
current performance and implement process changes to increase our recycling
levels and reinforce our focus on protecting the environment. This project will
allow us to move forward with these key initiatives and any input that you have is
highly welcomed and appreciated. If you have any input, please contact your
immediate supervisor to share your thoughts.
In conclusion, we have provided strong support for recycling and waste
reduction. We are very pleased with the success of our collaborative efforts at our
headquarters office and intend to implement a strong program at our facility. Our
continued commitment to the environment will sustain the efforts of this program
so that we may become a true environmental leader in our field.
Sincerely,
President and CEO
