            would appear to be about 200 pg/l.

            Microwave induced plasmas suffer from certain drawbacks, one being the easy manner in which the
            plasma can become extinguished in the presence of excess organic material. This plasma quenching
            often occurs in tandem systems as a result of the elution of the solvent peak from the gas
            chromatograph.
