Figure 7.8, depicts the separation of some analgesics and benzodiazepines, that the wavelengths used
for chromatogram reconstruction are 230 and 245 receptively. This means, that at these wavelengths,
the choice of solvents has been extended and, for example, small quantities of tetrahydrofuran could
have been used in the mobile phase if so desired
