                                narios for discussion related to the importance of planning, communication, teamwork,
                                preparation, motivation, and individual responsibility when under stress.

                                Patton
                                The opening speech is a wonderful catalyst for discussion on the need for and impact
                                of strong leadership in organizations. Can also be used in programs on motivation.

                                Flubber
                                Through a series of errors and efforts, Flubber (a highly reactive substance) is applied
                                in a variety of unusual ways (e.g., on the bottoms of the shoes of basketball players and
                                on a car). Demonstrates the power of creative thinking.
