In LEED 2009 one point is earned for MRc1.1 if the following is true:
                          (STRDECK + STREXWALL + STRINWALL )
                                   RE RE RE

An additional point is earned for MRc1.1 if the following is true:

And a second additional point is earned for MRc1.1 if the following is true:

Special Circumstances and Exemplary Performance (LEED 2009 MRc1.1)
The calculations for LEED 2009 MR credit 1.1 are summarized in Table 5.1.1. They will be
further explained in later sections as they relate to the other credits. Note that MRc2
(construction waste management) may include the weight or volume of existing structural
items which are to remain if and only if MRc1.1 is not applied for. There is no exemplary
point available as 95 percent is already a very high achievement.

MR Credit 1.2: Building Reuse—Maintain Interior
             Nonstructural Elements (LEED 2009)
LEED 2009 MR credit 1.2 is worth one point and is not dependent on applying for MR
credit 1.1. (In LEED 2.2 it was previously referred to as MRc1.3.) This credit encourages
the reuse of interior nonstructural materials of existing structures if building on a site
             with an existing facility.
