             and their responsibilities with respect to sustainable construction will be different for the
             different methods. It may be easier to have a single LEED lead for the design-build
             method, whereas, with the design-bid-build process, it may be necessary to transfer the
             lead from perhaps an architectural firm designee to a construction firm designee as the
             project proceeds. Depending on the prerequisite and credit, the importance of the impact
             of the delivery method chosen will differ.
