b. People: The level schedule becomes the basis for deter-
mining takt time, which is necessary for standardized
work. Establish standardized work for all processes, and
determine the required number of people.
c. Equipment: Standardized work is also the basis for
equipment requirements. Align the required equipment
to the people and work based on the level schedule.
